I have lived at Parkwood Pointe for roughly 15 years. I love my apt, the community and especially the staff. I feel safe here and have never had any issues. Staff is amazing, friendly, professional and personable.

I have lived at Parkwood Pointe Apts for 7 years. The staff is awesome. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate their residents. They are helpful, friendly and maintain the complex with professionalism and have created a very friendly community. Complex and grounds are well maintained, environment is safe, and residents look out for one another, If there is a maintenance issue it is dealt with the same day, and you do not have to worry. If you are looking for a home this is highly recommended.

Very very nice, great living spaces and fantastic amenities. Pool is lovely, laundry is easy to use (through the app), and neighbors seem very friendly. Parking is also always available, which is a huge plus.

I have lived at this apartment so far for two months and things have been great! Friendly neighbors, great utilities, pet friendly, and perfect amount of space for us. Move in was fairly easy as well!

Super friendly management :) so far more than two months in and I’m pleasantly surprised at how quick, smooth and easy the move in process was ! Definitely would recommend!
